Random banner image per page load

I have created a list of images that I want to place as the "banner" image on my site. I have several pages (about 25) that need these banner images. I want the images to randomly rotate each time a visitor goes to another page on my site.

What's the best way to achieve this?

I would use php and if you don't know how to make php use [sourceforge.net...] but takes a lot of MBs.
