I wanted to know if it's considered music piracy if you put music videos on your site to be downloaded. Just want to make sure.

Yes. Unless 1) they're your own videos or 2) you have a contract from the producer permitting you to distribute the videos.

4) license which states the video can be distributed online by anyone.
