On a directory site I am giving customers with paid listings some banner exposure.

Most of them don't have ready-made banners and are clueless on how to make them

Does anyone have experience with the online banner maker sites? Are there any you would recommend?

General specs needed are
1) free or cheap
2) ability to make skyscraper (120x600) banners
