hi all
I was recently working on a set of images in photoshop 7.0, and used the posterize filter from the artistic filters section. When I went back to work on the same and other images, the artistic filter list was no longer there. There are other filters missing as well, but I dont know what they are. The filters are missing altogether, as in, there are no faded out names of the filters. Anybody have any idea what happened? Did I just end up in an incorrect setting somewhere?
thanks.

Sounds like maybe you need to go into settings and re-tell Photoshop where your plug-ins folder is located ... or maybe those plug-ins are no longer where they're supposed to be.?

BTW, welcome to WebmasterWorld.

Welcome to Webmasterworld :)

Are you sure you have the object/layer you want to render selected?

I seem to remeber that if you have been working within one image and then begin to work with another without selecting an element you cannot utilise a filter.
