I have to design a site with lots of circles and I was wondering how you guy do to make them look sharpe?

I'm not familiar with the Chinese version, but in Fireworks MX 'Alter path' under the 'Modify' menu offers a number of fill options that'll affect the edges of vector objects. If you need more control, try adding a stroke and modifying the stroke settings.
If your circles are already bitmaps, you're pretty much limited to the sharpen or unsharp mask filters.

You can also alter the media type (pencil airbrush, felt tip etc) and weight of the stroke, in the stroke pallette. You may have the stroke set to hard line - try soft line. Also pencil is often a cleaner less "jaggy" stroke than say basic line.
Experiment and see what you feel looks best.

I used the 1px soft stroke I was just wondering if there is any way to make the circle/vector graph sharper

Use 1px hard line, and if the circle appears too jagged on the edges, crank the image resolution up.
The higher res will make your filesize larger, but I often do that - make a lower res version of a logo for the web and a high-res version for printing
