Which program should I use to create bitmap graphics with no anti-anliasing for a retro look? I've seen tons of these type of graphics around but I can't link to them or upload any (grr) but what I'm wanting is basically an editor the type of graphics you get in metal slug for the neo geo (google image search 'metal slug')
