Started an Adwords campaign this past week. Very targeted keywords to start. 3.0 CTR on 1000 impressions in two days. Google says that Adwords must be reviewed before being displayed on partner sites. Generally what is the waiting time? Also does Google notify if the ad will or won’t be displayed?
