They have fairly strict guidelines about "hype" type language, eg. all caps, multiple exclamation marks, etc. Nothing unreasonable.
I'd just jump right in if I were you, its a very intuative system. Set a low daily budget while your experimenting, but beyond that just suck it and see. :)

These guidelines are well worth reading before creating your ads. Hey, it always pays to know the standards that you'll be checked against, when your ads are reviewed! With this information you'll be able to write an ad likely to be approved the first time thru the review process.
