Hello, I have a bmw forum...I want to use google adwords to promote my forum. but when I created New Campaign...I got a problem.

this is my campaign :

Join BMW-#*$!xx
Join and discuss BMW cars
with other BMW enthusiast.

I couldn't use this campaign

"Trademarked Term [?]
Due to trademark reasons, we do not allow advertisers to use 'bmw' in their Google AdWords ads. This term may be trademarked either for a certain product or service category and may apply only in certain countries."

but when I see on google search engine :

Sponsored Links
Bmw Site
Other BMW site
not the official site

I see "bmw" used on this campaign.

so, what do i have to do?

Please help me to resolve this problem

Thank you very much for your help

[edit reason] URLs snipped, ad text modified so as not to copy actual ads [/edit]

Tell them just what you've told us - that you run a forum forum for people to discuss BMW cars.
