Yesterday,A mate told me that he can get the discount for adwords spend,i checked his account,it is the same to my account,but he told me that in the "my account" the info is same to anyone,when google charge his money,google only charge 60% * his spend ,i want to know ,it is really.
if it is real,how to get this account.

In the adwords campaign , you have the option of setting a daily budget and many a times if PPC is set at a low figure, the budget may not be fully utilized.
Also , the my account tab does not have the full value of spend. The current month spend may not be reflected in those figures giving him an erroneous impression.
Check carefully..
