Does anyone know if Google has turned off Dynamic keyword insertion?

I have been using this function for the past 3 years and in the past few months I have noticed my ads which use Dynamic keyword insertion are not displaying correctly anymore...

Any ideas?

Thank you!

Is the problem you're referring to for an entire group of keywords - or just a select few?

I have had several ads stop showing with no warning, in the last 3 weeks. All of them used dynamic keyword insertion. Thanks for the heads up, Google!

Calls to AdWords leaves the reps more confused than I am. If you create a new creative, it starts displaying again. Eventually stops.

I'm not aware of such an issue, but I'll certainly look into it.

That said, with two posters reporting an issue in a extremely busy forum (and no reports elsewhere that I've seen, including in the several hundred emails I've read today), it is a bit premature to start thinking that it has been "turned off" with no notice. ;)

AWA,

I've given up on e-mailing AdWords support unless i'm ATTN:'ing a certain rep. I can't say that I've successfully gotten a response to any of the messages I've sent.

Calling in almost always gets what I need taken care of, and I think that's the level of service that advertisers expect.

It's insulting when we spend half an hour writing out a detailed summary of problems we've experienced with the AdWords service, *Problems that would have been discovered in extensive beta testing,* only to receive a canned e-mail back from the AdWords team.

It would benefit Google financially in more than one dimension to start handling e-mail support in a more professional way.
