How to get my Google AdWords Account Approved

Does anyone know what can I do to get my add approved? I'v been trying to get my adwords account approved for over 60 days.

When did you opened this account with Google.

Im not getting any error messages.
My ADs are not showing, Google didnt notify me. I can't get phone support.I keep getting a cookie cutter response, and when I finally get a so call Google Ad Word Specialist, this is the last message I get.
