I have some problems currently the 866-2-google can not help. Email to adwords does not help. Java chat does not help.

I am trying to contact some senior member in adwords, but everytime it is blocked as "The Specialist On Your Account Does Not Take Phone Calls. Please Email." By all email got the same cookie cutter reply. It has been exact 40 days. What is going on?

Good luck. I am in same boat. Can't get help. Sent over 45 emails and probably chated with specialist over 30 times. NOTHING

Please suggest me where we can chat with Google Adwords Support. I have called to them but they said that the account will be reviewed by specialist and response to you within 1 or 2 business day.

Wow, what an incredibly rude response.

While ever-so-precisely polite in language, it talks down to the customer and shows an ugly paternalism. In short it says "we don't need you, you need us - you are lucky we even responded."

And Google wants to encourage even more small businesses?

They should learn to relate to the customers they already have first.
