What is the Adwords Department Phone#?

We manage some adwords accounts. Suddenly, account by account, they are suspended. We contacted adwords via the Java Chat, but we were told they don't know why. We emailed them, but they have not replied for 10 days. I think there are only 2 reasons why our accounts can be suspended.

1. we bought some coupon codes on ebay to save some money.
Q: is it possible, the seller got those coupons illegally, like computer generated, or there is some Terms attached to those coupons the seller did not say.

2. we gave away some unused accounts without changing the credit cards on file -- we just closed the cards to prevent others use our cards.
Q: the new owner could never changed the credit cards on file and spent a lot then at the end of the month, google will see a rejection of payment at postpay, since the credit cards are all linked.

We have some big incoming depending on running PPC via google. There is no reply via email, no answer via chat. Is there is top level manager in Adwords department we can talk to?

Sounds like you got what you deserved.

Coupon codes are for new Adwords users.

Why on earth would you give somebody else access to YOUR accounts, and cancel the credit cards? You signed a legal agreement with Google. You are responsible for those accounts.

Bizarre behaviour, to say the least.

If I were Google, I wouldn't try to figure it out. I'd do exactly what they did.
