Competitor copying title IN CAPITALS

One of my highly imaginative competitors has copied my Adwords advert, but used capitals in the title. Is this legitimate? I thought Google frowned upon capitalisation.

They also claim to offer "widget advice from the experts" in one of their ads. I thought this kind of claim was off limits.

Do I have a case to complain to Google? and how would I go about it?

Thanks in advance.

From my limited experience, Google Adwords like a normal type of listing, ie not all in caps, or L@@K or CLICK ME type rubbish.

Should be only a matter of time before the ad is disapproved.

ALL CAPPED words in any section of AdWords are against Google's terms, as stated in their AdWord policies.

Considering the flagrant theft of your intellectual property (yes, your advertisement phrases are your intellectual property), I'd definitely complain to Google without any shame.
