Oh how I hate google. When many people relay on them to make a living either via search or ppc they just don't play fair.

Here is my problem. I had an adwords account and the ads just stopped showing because of a billing issue that I still to this day have no idea what its about. I started up a new account and it worked for 3 days and then stopped for NO reason (or at least no reason given). I tried to fix my first account by first emailing, then talking to google online chat specialist and then calling. They said "we don't know what the problem is" and then they said please send us a fax of your credit card to verify account. I did this 4 times over a period of 3 months. NOTHING....didn't here from them and they don't answer emails and I can't get any info from any representive. So I started a new account and it worked for 3 days and then stopped. No reason given again. So I talked to online chat and someone was supposed to email me the reason to get the problem resolved. I was surprised I got a response and this is the worst part

"It has come to our attention that your Google AdWords accounts do not
comply with our terms of service and advertising policies. As a result,
your accounts have been suspended and your ads will no longer run on
Google. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, Google reserves the right
to
terminate advertisements for any reason.
"

I don't break ANY rules and I if I do have some outstanding bill I will pay. THEY DON'T TELL ME ANYTHING! What is wrong with this company. I am willing to spend 1000's of dollars with them yet they don't want to spend 2 mins to get the problem settled. BLOWS MY MIND.

It sounds like really bad communication but with the right person at Google, it can be resolved.

...contacting the right person is a different story!

Clear your head of any bitterness (difficult I know) and construct we very polite email explaining that you would like to resolve the issue and ask if someone would point out where the problem lies.

Pursue it.

But don't be too entirely surprised if you still have difficulties. I was banned from running a personal AdWords account in the first year that AdWords existed, because they somehow got the impression that I'd denied a charge on my credit card which supposedly generated a chargeback. I argued with them for a slap six months, my financial officer here argued with them, and Capital One even agreed to provide Google with a statement to the effect that I'd never requested a chargeback on that account in its entire existence, but Google said that wouldn't be good enough - I could only come back in if I came in under another name, with another credit card. I'm probably still banned to this day, and here I'm spending well into five figures a month on behalf of my clients.

At the end of the day, you've got to make contact!

Chickenpaw, it's worth remembering that much of Google's revenue comes from having advertiser's ads running. So it is to no one's advantage to "boot" advertisers from AdWords without reason.

Clear your head of any bitterness (difficult I know) and construct we very polite email explaining that you would like to resolve the issue and ask if someone would point out where the problem lies.

Agreed on all points.

If you truly have no idea why this has occurred, your best next-step would be to reply directly to the email you've quoted and ask, as calmly as you can, what you'd need to do to get your ads running again. Expressing that you do not know what the issue is, but making a commitment to not repeating it, once understood, may also be a good idea.
