Hi everyone here!

I meet a big problem. Google sent an email to me and told me that my adwords account was cancelled! And the email said Google have the right to cancell any adwords account with NO reason.

All campaigns have run about 4 months in this adwords account!

I sent email to ask why, and Google said they have the right, and no reason.

Frustrated at this!

What should I do then? Do you ever meet this kind of thing?

Have you considered the possible reasons?

Take a step back, look at your account, the way it has been conducted etc... is there any issue a partner is likely to feel uncomfortable about?

Before cancelling my account, I received an email from Google few days ago. They said one of my AD was disapproved, then I checked that AD, and could not find the right reason, so I replied that email and request more information on that disapproved AD. Few days later, I received the notification that Google cancelled my AdWords account without reason.

The customer support girl does NOT like me! Maybe it is the only reason!

:)

That is very unlikely.

However, I have heard of such cases about Google canceling adwords accounts giving no reason. Actually, what they say is that as per TOS they have the right to cancel any account without any reason?!

I am not aware if they have the right to do this as their TOS may violate more general law. This is equivalent of entering into the local store and suddenly learning from the staff you're not allowed to purchase anything. They give no reason, except that they can refuse to sell you anything giving no reason! I am not convinced at all they have the right to do this!

Well, as someone who has been involved with 4 seperate accounts that have been cancelled (client accounts, not mine!) I can confidently say that each time it was well deserved. So, spare us the "They dont like me" BS and suck it up. :)

Seriously though, I think if you look hard enough you will see where you screwed up. I know the one time, the email came about a disapproved ad, when it was re-submitted it just never became active again. I called on behalf of my client and they said a "specialist" as reviewing the account. Then, about 3-4 hours later the cancellation email came.

Again, every time was very well deserved. So, really take a look at your actions/ads and I am sure you will figure out what the problem is.

I once made a mistake on an add, affiliate rules violation. I was notified about it. I changed my add and still messed with it. So I was notified a 2nd time. I think we repeated the operation two more times. Finally I made a cool ad.
I don't think Google will cancel an account just for writing wrong ads.

For this case, how can we solve the problem? We have to create new account but the issue is the information of credit card has already in Google Database, it can detect that is same person. What should we do now? Please help :)

Well, what would you say if Google cancels AdSense account because they don't like the way you change your campaign budget?!

They have stated you "manipulate" your budget to receive "free overdelivery clicks". When they were asked what part of ToS was violated and since when changing budget is an abuse to AdWords system, they said as per their ToS they can cancel account giving no reason! Moreover, they were asked how budget should be changed to not abuse the system, but it is a complete silence! Funny?

So, how would you explain that? Saying "If they done that they must have a reason" is not an explanation...

Thank your good fortune. You can now save money!

There are plenty of professional advertising agencies out there which treat partners with respect and fairness. It's your money, you are the customer, demand respect!

Hmm... looks like you are missing the point. Most AdWords advertisers do not need professional advertising agencies. Most of them can create perfect ads. What they need is Google's audience!

I'm dead serious about Google. Unfortunately, nobody can "get a contact name and get them on side", because they do ignore all standard support requests in case an adwords account is cancelled or suspended!

How we know the account is suspend? The account is outstanding? If we still would continue using the service of Google Adwords, what should we do to solve the problem?
