Google Rep?

I have read some of you mentioning talking to your "Google rep". My question is simple: How do you get a "Google rep"? The only way we've had to contact Google so far is by the despairing Contact form.

Do you have to have a certain spending buget to get a rep (how much)? Is there a certification process? Agencies with Google Professionals on them? And what does the rep provide that the standard support don't?

Any information will be very appreciated!

More money equals better treatment. It also seems not all reps are created equal. It really depends on your situation.

But how do I get a rep? Do I need to ask for one or will it be automatically assigned when I get to certain budget?
