Its all part of the learning curve, and am sure they dont usually do that bad, however if it happens again, be sure to raise it with them, only by getting feedback can they deliver the quality of service we expect.

I also found out they hire temporary people each week on their staff so those people have little training and experience and will be more prone to making mistakes when reviewing ads.
thats a new 1 to me.
I actually thought it was easier to get a job as a doctor or policeman, then to be employed by Google.

However, since AdWords is growing so quickly they have to bring in new people all the time so they have this temporary program where new people come in each week and after several weeks (or months) they may be hired on a permanent basis.
I can see myself pulling 12 hour days during the weekend :D
