Hi,

I got this problem some days ago. I always worked with my credit card with a 2k limit. We always go to the bank to pay the ammount and free the credit card again and again. So i always do that.

But i have a strange problem now. Now the credit card is complete free and google can't charge an ammount of 900$.
We talk with the bank many times but it's very strange for them too.

Does this happen to anyone else?

I sent like 10 mails to Google but i have no reply.

What i'm supossed to do?

Thanks.

Welcome to Webmasterworld [webmasterworld.com]

If you are NOT getting any response from Google, then thats quite a bad thing.

Not sure what could have caused this, but I know sometimes banks talk rubbish because they just dont understand how certain ecommerce players do their billing.

Have you tried calling Adwords support team in the neares office to you?

Are you able to make new transactions on the net using the card?

Anyway, you should consider opening a new Google AdWords account and manually transfer all the campaigns to the new account.
