Over the past couple weeks my range of CTR for my campaigns has dropped from 3-8% down to 1-4% on average and I haven't made any changes. Anybody else seeing this?

Same here but between Wed and Thursday this week. A CTR drop of 50% accompanied by a 40% google adwords traffic drop for which I have no explanation. See "Sudden Traffic Drop".

Have your average positions fallen?
Has anything changed in the SERPs? A selection of Froogle results appearing at the top? etc.
