As an Affiliate, How to direct from adwords straight to an advertiser

As an Affiliate, how do you direct from your Adwords ad straight to an advertisers programme site without going through a pre-sell page? Also how do you track which of those clicks "buys" from the advertiser.

We allow affiliates to use AdWords advertising. Please note that we will only display one ad for affiliates and parent companies sharing the same Display URL per search query. We also monitor and do not allow the following:
- Redirect URLs: Ads that contain Display URLs that automatically redirect to the parent company.
- Bridge Pages: Ads for webpages that act as an intermediary, whose sole purpose is to link or redirect traffic to the parent company.
- Framing: Ads for webpages that replicate the look and feel of a parent site."

Just put your affiliate url you got from the merchant into the Destination Url, and the merchant's domain url into the Display Url. The two dont have to match but they both have to take you to the same domain, the one you have used as the Display Url. I guess thats what you are asking?

For tracking with for example clickbank merchants you really need to ask the merchant to add your adwords tracking code to their thankyou page, but some merchants give you that info as standard. Depends on the merchant and how they operate.
