Call G and rep said it could take 2 DAYS to get an answer!
What kind of madness is this?
What is there is some TOS problem I am unaware of? Will they let me fix it?
Could you be linked to any unpaid accounts?
Don't like to speculate on Google's thinking, but it seemed that they were waiting for someone to contact them first. The reasoning being that if someone was doing something wrong, they'd probably just let it go - but if they was willing to call them and discuss it - then it seems more legit.
I've also noticed a lot less of these random account stoppages when connecting all the accounts through an MCC. Seems if you login to several account individually, it looks more suspicious than if you have them all linked together.
Unfortunately all my Google accounts have stopped also. I have had a chat with their support people a few times and they all tell me "We cannot help you. Your account is under review. We will notify a specialist and he will send you an e-mail"
I got the same message about three times. I have also send an e-mail to them. Actually, I'm pretty pissed. I spend about 10k a month on Google and this is my reward?
This all happened since last thursday. What do you guys advice? Call them? I also couldn't find a phone number on their site
I know. I am really pissed but what can you do about it. Chat repressentatives play stupid and say they can't see anything and will report it to a specialist.
I know it's total bull. That's what you get from being so big. You can throw this kind of arogance towards your customers. It's sad :S
They told me I could absolutely not have multiple regular accounts.
So, I would recommend if you have multiple accounts you might want to try to setup the MCC thing.
Since Thursday last week all my Adwords accounts have been suspended. It took Google a whole week to review my accounts and this morning I received the following message:
Further to my previous correspondence, I would like to explain that our Specialists have reviewed your Google AdWords accounts and it has come to our attention that they do not comply with our terms of service and advertising policies. Please note that as a result, we have permanently suspended your AdWords advertising and your ads will no longer run on Google.
According to the chat specialist I will not be able to advertise on Google ever again.
This pretty weird, especcialy when you keep in mind that they never send me a warning about suspending my account or notifying me of this suspension.
They never gave me a reason for the suspension either, but I guess it was because I was running multiple accounts.
I cannot build a new account because they have declined my credit card data. You guys think I can build a new account if I have a new credit card?
Below is copy of my last chat. I also love it how the Chat Representative left in the middle of the chat
<paraphrase>
Conversation between Chat specialist and advertiser about an account being permanently removed.
The advertiser asked if there was a way to reinstate the account, and the chat rep said no, the advertiser in question was permanently banned.
The ban appeared to have happened because the advertiser was using multiple accounts.
Additional info could be had through writing to adwords support.
Conversation did end abruptly.

What would you guys do?

Anyway, my account is now under review for the second time in 10 days. If I am banned for having a second account that my rep told me was okay to open, I will be furious.
Still no word from GOogle, any of you guys advice on how to handle this with google
I happened to see the transcript that you initially posted, before it was paraphrased - and I seem to recall that the AdWords representative offered to personally forward an email from you to the correct team.
In my opinion, that would be your best 'next step'. In that email, I would express your interest in fully understanding what the issue(s) were, so that you may avoid doing the same thing in the future. I'd then make a strong commitment to not repeating those same actions, whatever they turn out to have been, and to keeping your account(s) squarely within AdWords policy and guidelines.
As a general statement, please remember that accounts are not shut off on a whim. When an account is not running, the advertiser loses money, and Google does too. Clearly, it is to everyone's benefit to have ads running, so long as policies and guidelines are adhered to.
I hope that helps.
