New 3rd-party tools based on Google's API?

With the release of the API I figured we'd see an onslought of 3rd-party utilities etc. that make using and managing your adwords account easier. But I can't seem to find too many of them. Does anyone know of a list or where I can find them? I'm trying to see what's available before we start developing our own ...

Bidrank just released one; unfortunately they hugely increased their pricing at the same time, so I haven't actually seen or used it. I think you can download a demo tho.

A lot of companies *should* be using the API, but it's hard to know who's actually using it. Here's a partial list of who one would think is using it:

Efficient Frontier (my firm)
AtlasOnePoint
Did-It
KeywordMax
The Search Works (UK-based, Europe focused)
Referencement.com (France)
Performics (part of Doubleclick)

If a vendor is not using the API then they're not going to be able to do a good job efficiently manage campaigns with lots of keywords.

I've also been looking for client software to manage Adwords campaigns and adgroups.

I'm looking for software that you can actually create all your campaigns, adgroups, and ads (just the way you do in the online interface) and then upload all your changes to the adwords server... ;-)

Does anyone know of software like this that exists?

There shouldn't be any access fees for something that helps advertisers use Google's service more effectively and spend more money with Google ...
