Wow, after spending about ten grand in adwords last month alone, I guess I finally got googles attention. THis morning I received an email introduction from my very own google customer support person.

how 'bout that.

Google has an 800 phone number. It's like calling the phone company. You call it, wait, then talk to a CSR. Except Google's CSRs are helpful, perky, and friendly.

I even have a direct phone number for a CSR (and I didn't have to spend 10k).

course its been a month or two. wonder if they hired sum perky people.

Not sure about AdWords support, but they've been hiring quite a bit lately, in my neck of the woods.
