I'm a little comfused. What is a standard amount of cpc to start before seeing clicks and is five dollars a day limit a good start. I've been active for to days with no impressions. I'm afraid to raise amount for fear or clocking to many $$.

You can pretty safely play with CPCs with a daily budget in place. Establish your limit, ratchet up your Max CPCs each day and monitor the increase in Actual CPC and average position. Find your sweet spot (every industry/product is it's own unique beast), then raise your daily limit. Good luck.
