Since yesterday we get an 403 error again and again when using the Keyword Sandbox. After a while it works again but then it doesn't. Anybody else having those kind of problems?

I used the sandbox extensively yesterday and never had an issue.

From what I've heard, Google is starting to block automated tools from scraping the sandbox, as of last week.

We are not using automated tools but this might be a side effect of this new process.
