Hello everybody,
Maybe somebody here knows how it can be?..

Yesterday all my campaigns went offline in one time, when total cost reached something about $12. The Diagnostic Tool says: "Your campaign has reached and exceeded its daily budget" for all of my KWs. But my total Daily Budget was more than $400!
Te same situation today, and I even increased my Daily Budget to $1,500 but it all stopped again at $10!

Weird situation...

LenaO1, it's really hard to troubleshoot this sort of thing without seeing the account, which is probably why you are not getting too many responses.

The message you saw is a good indicator that your daily budget is too low to allow full delivery, and that the system is stopping and starting your ads in order to space out delivery in an effort to not exceed your budget.

But, I'm not quite sure what you mean exactly when you say:

Yesterday all my campaigns went offline in one time, when total cost reached something about $12.

* Do you mean that if you look at your account today, for the date range of 'yesterday' that your ads accrued a total of $12.00?

* Or, do you mean that yesterday you had accrued $12.00 in clicks when you looked for your ad and didn't see it?

These are actually very different things. The first would be rather odd, while the second would be quite normal.

* Also are we talking about one campaign with multiple Ad Groups, or about multiple campaigns that stopped dead with a combined total spend of $12.00?

This is where a look at the account would be invaluable, and where AdWords support would be your best resource.

By the way, as a rule, I'd advise against setting your daily budget higher than you really want to pay just as a test. There is always the possibility that you might actually get that much traffic, which can be an unpleasant surprise if you don't actually want it.

AdWordsAdvisor, thanks for your answer.

Yes.

about multiple campaigns that stopped with a combined total spend of $12.00.

The Max CPC for some of my campaigns is pretty high (alsough the average CPC is always way too lower), but I have camapaigns with MCPC .05 and Daily Budged $50.00 and they all were stopped way before $5.00 each.

I'd advise against setting your daily budget higher than you really want to pay just as a test.
Yes, I reduced it back short after. But I think that I'd rather get all that traffic (at usual cost of course).
Thank You again and excuse please my bad English.

Lena, very exact same thing happened to me. My ads stops from $10 - $11 dollars. When it reach that point and I check my ads on the Diagnostic tools, it says that I have reached my daily budget. It's been over a week now and I'm still waiting for any conclusion.

I've been in adwords for three months, and this just happened when I added new campaigns last week.

Also, my content ads slowed down. I'm thinking that google is doing something with their adwords program which is causing this problems. I'll still wait and see what would happen in the next few days.

I also thought that this has something to do with my payments. Before my ads stop showing at $10 dollars, my payments to google was declined because I forgot to pay my credit card. My account was halted for three days and when I did pay adwords, my account was reactivated but It now stops at $10 dollars.

Did the same thing happen to you Lena?

lena01, thanks for the additional details.

I still think the best thing for you (and chiboy) to do here would be to contact AdWords support. I think look at the account would be required to troubleshoot, so be sure to either write from within the account, or reference the account ID in your email.

Yes, absolutely the same. `Curiouser and curiouser!'...
I didn't forget to pay, my bank has blocked all its credit cards ever used online due to recent CardSystems' case and I couldn't resolve it in time unfortunately.

AdWordsAdvisor, thanks again.

I'm already in touch with AdWords support, and they are very fast and kind.
We're still trying to understand this problem, it seems it's not usual case.
