In one of my campaigns, I have a keyword that scores a CTR of 200%. It's just one impression that got clicked twice, but is this fair that I should pay twice?
Has Google undertaken anything recently to stop bogus/false clicks from adwords?

AdWords seems a little behind today. Wait until the morning and see if it doesn't balance out. This has happened to us a couple of times and it always corrected itself by the next day.
