when showing ads for the keyword,what google takes into account the all time ctr for that keyword of just the ctr of that parsticular day. thanks does anyone know

when showing ads for the keyword,what google takes into account the all time ctr for that keyword of just the ctr of that parsticular day.
In brief, it's the all-time CTR, not just the CTR for the particular day.
