Adwords account suspended.

Hi all!

Over a month ago Google reviewed my account and disapproved several of my ads (for things like "price in ad not shown on web site"). Anyway, I fixed everything and have not had anything disapproved for a month.

Then last Friday they paused everything and started reviewing my account again. Yesterday I received an email stating that I have had too many violations and that my account is now suspended and my ads will no longer be shown.

I called them but the person I spoke with told me to respond to that email. In the email I explained that I am willing to do whatever is necessary to get my account in good standing. Still no response.

Has anyone else been through this, and what did you do to resolve the issue?

Any advice you have will be much appreciated. Thanks!

I went thru this, they classified a site as "fake", whatever that means. The only way around it was to set up a new account with a different credit card, after waiting a few weeks. Worked for me.

I'm having the same problem...I did try a new Credit Card. To me it seems as they are after my name. So what else can I do? I can't think of anything else. Just like Sevin, I haven't had anything disapproved or no reason to be cancelled. I too don't know what else to do!

Using a new credit card should work.
You have also to clean your cookies and refresh (change) your ip address.
