Trouble with reports

Always eventually leads to a 403 page.

Every time I make a report (via googles "reports" link), it compiles what I ask for, but within 2 or 3 clicks, like re-sorting by date or cliking a chart, I get a "403 Forbiden" page. I'm then forced to close browser windows and log back in. I even get the error when I click the "log out" link.

Once loged back in, I can then (usually) view the report from the report download center. Sometimes even after logging back in it does the same thing. It has always happened so it's not a new thing. It even happens when I log in from other computers so I don't think the problem is on my end. I described the issue to google support but they never answered me. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, have you found a way around it?

Thanks.

ps: not using popup blockers & using IE 6

Hmm.. hadn't thought of trying a different broweser. So I just did. Didn't make a difference. It still ends up on a 403.

Thanks anyway Spudstr.

Try downloading the report as a .csv file and opening it in excel. You can sort all you want with the "Data - Sort" feature.

Hi Elizabeth.

Yeah, that's what I've been doing lately since I can't seem to solve the problem.

Thanks.
