I will hire a person (a "one -person agency") to do my ADS campaigns.

Questions:
_ What should I ask before starting the campaigns as once begins (I mean the metrics every time, etc?).
-I have being able to access Analytics of the account to see "what is happening" or that is just for him to see.

You just need have much much money for pay google ads
and you need be ready for take a risk,

So you need be ready take a risk that effect of ads will be minimum

Make sure that whoever you HIRE produces not only their salary, but a reasonable (dependable) income for your expenditures above and beyond the ad expense!

Meanwhile, for that kind of expense you might look to selling ad space using that same person/agency in local and regional markets. This is a harder, but much more lucrative avenue where you have complete control over the costs, marketing, and ROI.

Hi Chainazo, why don't you do it yourself? It isn't that hard. Decide how much you want to spend, convert and add that as a daily budget, decide which keywords you want to bid on and whether exact, phrase or broad match. Decide where you want your ads to show, over what time period. Then for a period review your accounts performance daily adding negative keywords as needed. See how you go ..

It does not really matter if there is a company or a person, the things you will need to ask ar the same.

You first must have a conversion implemented to measure performance. If you implement conversion, then you get a cost per conversion which you can handle or monitor evolution but asking a lower price per conversion or more conversions if the price is low for you.

Without a conversion, there are some metrics with limited indication of performance like CTR or Quality Score or Ad Relevance.
