Hi All!
Recently our business has only been able to publish Performance Max Campaigns 5% of the time or so. Every time we create an Asset Group in the Ad Builder, we end up with several "phantom" or false errors that prevent the campaign from publishing. For example, the errors will say there aren't enough headlines or descriptions included, even if there are.
Oftentimes, a dozen or more of these false errors will occur at the same time. Then the Asset Group won't save and the campaign won't publish so essentially, all of our work is lost.
We have tried different devices, browsers, incognito/private windows, clearing cache, & more and run into the same issue.
Does anyone know what may be causing this issue or how to prevent it?
