Say I had 11 clicks in the campaigns view.
In keywords view have 10 showing.
and in search terms just 4 clicks showing.
I am not running display ads, so every clicker of my ads should have begun by entering a search term into a google search box, this should have triggered an ad based on a pre-existing keyword, and they had to click the ad to visit my website!
And the number of people who entered a search term before clicking on a relevant ad (4 in this case) should equal the total number of clicks for this account (11 in this case), no?
I just had a call with google help who basically were saying there was no issue.
