Does anybody have any advice for how to get hold of Google Ads support? I'm really struggling at the moment. My account has been suspended since the beginning of February and I just can't get hold of anybody to find out what the issue is.
I log into the Google Ads web admin page and it says we have invoices outstanding but we really don't. We've paid all of them. When I email support, they say there is something suspicious about our payment activity on the account. There really isn't anything suspicious at all. We've had the account for 18 years now. We just pay the bills when they fall due.
I email ads-support@google.com and it says that that email is no longer being monitored and then sends me a link to some hotel listing support.
Google seems to be a complete mess at the moment. Does anybody know where I can get to actually speak to somebody about this? I am in the UK and the support is just awful.
