Hello all - I believe i have the basics of a plan and i would like some thoughts on it

1. i have carried my KW research against my competition and have produced a list of KWs that historically my competition has been active in their ads over the last two years
2. I have created two campaigns - each with 3 ad groups. Each ad group with include search terms that include a common word that will be my lead h1 headline in my ad
3. i) My original plan was to start with exact match only and managing just these two campaigns above - adjust them manually each day but perhaps i should consider phrase match instead?
or perhaps run each KW twice in each ad group (one manual one phrase match)
4. Finally, i have not really considered budget yet so would welcome so thoughts on this piece too

i'd appreciate some feedback on each stage if anyone is kind enough to help me :-)

How did you come out on this? It sounded like a good plan in theory. You can *never* go wrong with exact match when starting a new campaign. Even then, make sure to limit the budget until you get a feel for the hit.

Pls let us know how this worked out.

As an aside, When Brett comes into a thread, we all used to JUMP. Now we got to focus on Jim... Brett's no longer the owner, but one heck of a guy anyway!

Pubcon Acquires WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]
I’m thrilled to announce that, today, I’ve re-acquired WebmasterWorld from Jim Boykin, jimsthoughts, who has owned the site since October 2012.

The site’s been in Jim’s safe hands for the last five years, and when the opportunity recently came up I just had to get involved again.

Yikes - congratulations (albeit belated) to Brett - and Jim too! Yes, I have been hiding under a rock!
