What is the best avg. monthly searches to choose in keyword planner?

Hi, I have found a lot of good keywords with low competition and low avg. monthly searches. But I am confused about to choose which keywords are best to choose. Kindly suggest minimum number of avg. monthly searches. Regards,
That's pretty much impossible to recommend as only you know your markets.
My top tip is to experiment, and keep on experimenting with the ads to archive the best results for your industry.

Plus, the way I view it, adjust your keywords to hit your goals (like ROAS), widen your keyword inventory (again, at the right cost), and you'll maximize your efficiency.
In other words, if you can fish in all lakes (some good, some great, some not very good) and you can hit the same ratio of (fish caught) / (cost of bait used), you should fish all lakes, not just the ones rarely fished by others. The count of KWs is not a bandwidth issue or constraint for you, so don't constrain yourself. If a keyword is very relevant or somewhat relevant or peripherally relevant, chase them all, just not at the same bid level.
