Keyword Planner is not running

When I try to open keyword planner. It shows "Something went wrong." I tried a lot of time but same issue is appearing. Help?

Are you having trouble with using Google's tools in your AdWords account? I seem to recall reading that they made some changes a while ago.

I just checked and I see that to use Google's Keyword Planner your account needs to be set to "Expert Mode".
