Is it possible to estimate the number of truviews on youtube ads?

I have a budget of 5,000 euros to launch a youtube ads campaign in Morocco, without particular targeting, it's just awarness.
I can't find a way to put a rough estimate on the number of truviews.
Do you know a way to have this estimate? A bit like what we find on the Facebook Ads interface.

To estimate Views, you'll need to estimate CPV, which varies wildly depending on many factors.
