Our Google Adwords Ads are rejected.

Google support told us. There is a malware link like this below.

<snip>

I opened and checked each and every page. but I didn't find these links in the source code.

Also, asked 2 other developers who are providing malware removal service. They also told code is clean.

When I tried using sucuri and pentest -tools.com

The automated scan is not working on that particular site alone.

"Showing site not accessible or Our automated scan was unable to run on your website."

Website URL:

<snip>

Can anyone help me with this?

Thanks

1. Go to Search Console and scan your site.
Can't remember the exact way to do this but I'm sure a Google search will tell you how.

Screen shot the results (if no malware is found).

2. Now contact Google support via your Google ads account and fill out the forms.
Now attach the screenshot stating that you have no malware.

This will cut down one of the steps they will ask of you.

3. If they can still not diagnose the issue. Ask the Google rep to escalate the task to Google cases. This will send the investigation up the chain to a higher level investigation team.

This is all assuming that there is no actual malware on site and your disapproved ads are a false positive.

4. If the problem has been escalated and you get a reply from the Google Cases team. Ask them to be specific in naming the malware and it's location.
This way you can ask your developers to search for the issue.

5. Be nice to the Google rep. They are incentivized for the amount of problems they can fix per month. This issue is a real time sync and you will need someone who wants to fix the issue for you as it requires many backend processes to be completed.

If all goes well you will be back online in 10-14 days. The length of the process is why you need to be nice to the rep. You do not want for the rep to say that you are too much trouble.

Ps. I just had this issue (now fixed) for a client a month ago, hence how I can share the process with you.

Good luck.
