Google Discovery Ads Now Available Globally

Google has officially announced Discovery Ads are available globally, having quietly released them in April.

You'll soon find Discovery ads across the YouTube Home and Watch Next feeds, Discover on the Google Search App, and in Gmail Promotions and Social tabs.

Caution is urged, firmly limit your budget. Reach is very wide, almost entirely on Mobile, intent is very low so expect Conv Rate% to behave very differently than Search for sure, and I'd say this is also not typical Display CR% either, the click based CR% will look more like FB ads than Google Display. If you're looking for mobile reach, you'll love it! If DR is your goal, ouch.
