Hi!
We are working to implement custom g* ads dynamics landing pages.
We do not expect campaigns it serves will running constantly.
So question had rise how to treat this pages in terms of noindex, nofollow?

Creating new pages, with their own URLs, introduces all kinds of issues, and not just related to SEO, but mainly related to the tests and outcomes themselves.
Suggest you look for a testing platform that dynamically adjusts content to conduct tests.

You can use your robots file but at this point I'd follow Google recommendations and use meta robots directive to keep those pages from being indexed.

Ah, sorry for confusion.
We had implemented customs landing page for each ad which sort of mimic a details page.
So how to treat this pages in term of nofollow, noindex.
Alway appreciate your input.
