How Can I Block Non-English Speaking Youtube Channels?

Ok this is driving me crazy..... I've got a good traffic flow going but it's getting ruined by a bunch of non-English speaking Youtube channels like below...

Is there any way to block non-english speaking Youtube channels..... I called Adwords and the gal I spoke to said no.

I don't want to block all Youtube channels...just once that are non english speaking...

Any ideas?

You'll likely need to block each channel specifically by URL or some other unique attribute.

Interesting... I wonder if there is a list out there that someone has or sells... like a blacklist....
