I need to run people to my survey but am not sure if google will accept a 3rd party on my landing page,to handle the online survey. Or is google analytics 360 survey the best way now?

Probably a quick way to end up banned.
I would build a page on the PPC keyword with decent content and in the page add a link to the survey and politely ask your customers to fill out the survey

Thanks. Whats your view on google 360 versus Monkeysurvey? Do you think google would be ok using it on the lander |(since its their technology)?
