An issue since day one with adwords was capitalization of keywords in the title. Up until the last couple of years if for example with DKI you wanted to insert the keyword X00X-0000-X000 via {KEYWORD: blah blah} then it would appear as X00x-0000-x000. However we've noticed over the last year or so that other advertisers have managed to solve this DKI insertion issue of a completely capitalized part numbers for products, and it immediately looks more authoritative among the adword results on display.

Contacted google and at best they suggest we need to write 1 ad per keyword. With thousands of keywords, you can probably tell that I'm reluctant. Even then if the stop fully capitlised words is in place then makes what they suggest a waste of time.

Anyone got any idea's ?

Try the variations they mention... KEYword, KeyWord, etc.
[support.google.com...]

Then test with ad preview tool.

Thanks; unfortunately the document that you link too is out of date. Look at the 'Too many characters' section and its changed. Now Headline 1: 30, Headline 2: 30 and Description: 80 characters. Its all changed with the ad's though did try the syntax: {KEYword: blah blah} unfortunately no cigar.
