I just received my credit card staement, which has nine (9) charges of 500 euro, from cc@google.com.
I do not have an account with Google Ad.I never ever have had an account with Google.
Never heard of Google Ad.
Its Google Ireland, never used my card in Ireland.
I have sent back Google forms which the suggest "they take fraud very seriuosly" and will get back within 24 hours, they did not. They did send back a form saying they have stoped my account.
I have tried to telphone them, twice they spoke with me, said they would be back in two minutes, please hold on !, I did for 45 minoutes then they just cut me off.
Google do NOT have any Fraud Department, or if they do you can not find it on the web.
I have lost 4500 euro.
Can anybody help me get
my monry back from Google

File a claim with your credit card company not with Google. Since you haven't open this Google account that likely means that someone else is using your credit card. If they can use it at Google they can use it anywhere. You must report the fraud to the credit card company immediately.

I did, my care was canceled. What I want to know is how someone was a ble to get an account in my name, with all my details, and it's Google Ireland. If they did it once they can do it again. Also Google have had the money, and they have the account details, number ect, they MUST be able to find out where or who is getting the money.

Once you have reported the fraud to the credit card company none of this is your problem anymore. It is frustrating for sure but there is nothing more you can do. But rest assure that the credit card company is going to go after its money.

Iano, welcome to WebmasterWorld.

Credit card fraud is rife. The thieves could have picked up your details from another transaction. You'll probably never find out. As NickMNS says, there's no point in wasting time with Google, or any other company. It's your credit card company that will block this and future payments.

Since it happened to me many years back i'm really extra careful how I use my credit card, and I never, ever let it go out of my sight. I also watch my account for unknown transactions and would report them to the credit card company immediately.

Most not all CC companies let you add an alert to charges to the account. You will be emailed the alert and charge amount. This will alert you to any charges over an amount you set. I have mine set at 25 US dollars.
