I use Leadpages to collect names and emails. The page has good content. It's not simply a squeeze page. Does Adwords allow using a Leadpages page as a landing page?

You've asked a question of degree. :-) Nobody can answer yes or no until they've seen your page / site. One man's leadpage is another's squeeze page.
Google "adwords leadgen", contact an agency or two - they will screen you, they don't want to waste their time on pages they know won't run, but they'll be very interested in talking to you if your content is good like you say it is.
