What is the best credit card to use for Google Adwords

I'm at the point where I plan to be spending a lot more with Adwords. I was looking around and wondered what credit card might have the best rewards. I plan to pay it off every month and can even pay early if that is a benefit. If you mention a card be specific about what benefit I would get.

I noticed that the Amex OPEN Gold card gives you 3X points for using Adwords. Is there anything better?

We use one that has 2% cash back. Then we can roll those funds back into Adwords
