Below first page bid, ok why not on second page then?

Been a while since we've had our bids so low, maybe this changed a while ago, seems like if you don't meet the required bid for the first page they don't show your ads on any other pages.

I'm pretty sure that G determines how much they want to earn from each query, which then determines how much one has to bid in order to get ads showing/clicked on.
This is in big part thanks to free GA. People and companies shared (and still do) invaluable data with G, including profits.
